File Setup Guide

Not sure where to start with your printing or framing project? Use the step-by-step guide below, or get in touch with our team directly. Whether you prefer a phone call, email, or in-person consultation, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

1. Prepare

For professional results, set your file resolution to 300 DPI (Dots Per Inch / Pixels Per Inch). We recommend working at this resolution and sizing your file to your final dimensions before submission.

2. Save

We accept most common file formats, including PNG, PSD, JPEG, PDF, and TIFF.For optimal quality, we prefer TIFF files, as they preserve the maximum amount of image data and detail.

3. Upload

  • For our Online Print Service, simply click the upload button to submit your file directly.
  • Alternatively, complete a Print Order Form. You can either upload your file here or provide a shareable link (via services such as Dropbox, WeTransfer, etc.).

Once your files have been received and your order is confirmed, we’ll begin processing right away.

PRODUCTION

We strive to deliver fast turnaround times for our customers, though please note that production schedules may be impacted by service demand or the specific materials used. Same-day printing is not available, as archival prints require a minimum 24-hour curing period. For orders that include both printing and framing, please allow an extra 2–3 business days for completion.

FINISHING

Unframed print orders are carefully rolled in acid-free wrapping and shipped in protective tubes. Print-and-frame orders are wrapped in bubble wrap for in-store pickup, or securely boxed for delivery.Please inform us if you require shipping or plan to collect your order in-store, so we can invoice and process your request accordingly. Once your order is fully completed, our team will reach out to notify you.

Every one of our prints is treated with the highest level of care throughout the entire process. From the moment of printing to final packaging, our production team thoroughly inspects each piece to guarantee you receive a flawless, museum-quality product. Your new artwork is extremely delicate, so we strongly advise that only your chosen professional framer handle and unpack it from its protective packaging.
